Orchestrate annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic planning. Deliver deep-dive variance analysis with actionable insights to the executive team.
Act as a financial consultant to Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain. Drive profitability through ROI-based pricing strategies and channel analysis.
Lead financial evaluations for CapEx (NPV, IRR, Payback) and manage liquidity, working capital, and banking relationships to ensure optimal cash flow.
Provide data-driven modeling for strategic initiatives, including potential M&A activities and new product feasibility studies.
Oversee OPEX controls and ensure the robustness of internal financial processes and reporting standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. An MBA or Master’s degree is highly preferred.
Experience 5–7 years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance or FP&A, ideally within the FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Manufacturing sectors.
Advanced financial modeling (Excel/Google Sheets) and experience with ERP systems. Strong grasp of cost accounting and treasury.
Exceptional leadership presence; ability to translate complex data into clear English and Thai for non-finance stakeholders.
Certification CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification is a significant advantage.
