1. Formulate and manage short-term and long-term production plans. This includes scheduling production lines, machinery, and equipment, as well as calculating labor requirements for various periods.

2. Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Strategically plan the consumption of raw materials and packaging to ensure availability aligned with production timelines.

3. Regularly review and update daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production plans to reflect real-time operational needs and organizational goals.

4. Cross-functional Coordination Act as the central hub between Sales (Orders), Raw/Packaging Material Control, Purchasing, Production (Capacity), and Inventory Management to ensure Finished Goods (FG) levels are sufficient for market demand.

5. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules promptly to resolve bottlenecks, production issues, or shifting customer priorities.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics Management, or a related field.

2. Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management (Level offered will depend on candidate's experience).

3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Excel skills (Expertise in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas is essential) And Solid experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA.

4. Strong numerical analysis skills with the ability to evaluate complex data sets and translate them into actionable plans.

5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving under pressure.

6. Availability Able to work 6 days per week.
