หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Review and verify all payment documents, including supplier invoices, service contracts, and asset acquisition documents, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Oversee the payment voucher process and prepare payment reports for disbursement through the company's banking system according to payment cycles. - Prepare and ensure the timely submission of withholding tax (P.N.D. 3, 53), specific business tax (P.T. 40), and value-added tax (P.P. 30).
Manage the submission of annual taxes, including Signage Tax, Land and Building Tax, and Corporate Income Tax (P.N.D. 50). - Lead and execute the month-end and year-end closing processes in an accurate and timely manner.
Prepare and review account reconciliations and supporting schedules for all accounts payable and related balance sheet accounts. - Act as a key point of contact for external auditors, preparing necessary documentation and schedules for the annual audit.
Manage the e-filing submission of financial statements and the list of shareholders (Bor.Or.Jor. 5) to the Department of Business Development (DBD).

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or a related field.
A minimum of [e.g., 5-7 years] of experience in General Ledger accounting, with a proven track record in a supervisory or senior role.
Strong knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and Thai tax regulations.
Hands-on experience with month-end/year-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation.
Proficiency in accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
