- Plan and control production to meet targets and schedules.
- Control and manage Finished Goods (FG) stock effectively.
- Monitor and control the shelf life of finished goods and raw materials, including the management of expiring products (FIFO/FEFO).
- Process and open Production Orders in the system according to the production plan.
- Coordinate with relevant departments such as Sales, Purchasing, and Production to ensure smooth production processes.
- Analyze production data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare reports and summarize production planning data.
- Oversee and develop the production planning system for maximum efficiency.

• Male/Female, not over 35 years old.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Industrial/Production), Logistics, or other related fields.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in production planning within a food manufacturing plant (experience in a food factory will be highly preferred).
• Proficient in using SAP program (PP/MM modules) and/or other relevant ERP systems.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
