E-Commerce Order Fulfillment
- Manage daily pick, pack, and dispatch operations for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop in line with RTS cut-off times and SLAs.
- Monitor order status, resolve failed or delayed orders, and coordinate pickups with logistics partners such as SPX, Flash, LEX, J&T, and Kerry.
- Control dispatch accuracy, returns, cancellations, RTS, and RTO while identifying root causes and improving operational processes.
Inventory and Stock Control
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical stock counts, and system reconciliation.
- Apply FEFO for food products to control near-expiry and expired inventory.
- Manage stock allocation and replenishment across online marketplaces to prevent overselling and stockouts.
Warehouse Safety and 5S
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, PPE requirements, and safe equipment operation.
- Maintain 5S standards across storage, packing, and dispatch areas.
- Coordinate with the Safety Officer on incident reporting and preventive actions.
