- Oversee daily boiler operations to ensure steam supply meets production demand safely and efficiently. 
- Ensure boiler operation complies with the Ministerial Regulation on boiler safety management, including assignment of a licensed boiler operator (ผู้ควบคุมหม้อไอน้ำ) on every shift. 
- Coordinate annual boiler inspection and pressure vessel certification with the Department of Industrial Works (กรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม) and licensed inspectors. 
- Monitor fuel consumption, water treatment (feed water/blowdown), and boiler efficiency to control steam cost. 
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, and pressure vessels.

- Oversee the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) to ensure discharge meets Ministry of Industry effluent standards. 
- Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal reporting (สก.2/สก.3) with the Department of Industrial Works. 
- Maintain factory environmental records required under the Factory Act (พ.ร.บ. โรงงาน) and coordinate ISO 14001 / energy management (ISO 50001) documentation where applicable. 
- Plan and supervise facility repair, renovation, and small civil construction works (buildings, piping, structures) within the plant. 
- Review contractor drawings, work scope, and safety plans for outsourced construction/repair projects. 
- Supervise utility technicians and shift operators, including scheduling, training, and performance follow-up. 
- Prepare utility KPI reports (steam cost, compressed air usage, downtime, compliance status) for plant management.

1. Education Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience 6-8 years in factory utility/engineering roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
3. Working knowledge of boiler systems, pressure vessels, and air compressor systems.
4. Familiarity with Factory Act (พ.ร.บ. โรงงาน), boiler safety regulations, and Department of Industrial Works reporting requirements.
5. Experience with wastewater treatment systems and environmental compliance reporting.
6. Preferred: Licensed boiler engineer/operator certification (ผู้ควบคุมหม้อไอน้ำ), safety officer (จป. บริหาร or จป. เทคนิค) qualification.
